Paul A. Stryker

Paul A. Stryker is a principal owner in Stryker/Groen Commercial Realty, Inc. Mr. Stryker is a real estate broker specializing in tenant representation and landlord representation services for lease transactions. Mr. Stryker has been actively involved throughout the greater Houston area as well as Austin and San Antonio in representing both owners and client companies in lease transactions. Client companies represented by Mr. Stryker represent such diverse industry classifications as energy, finance, health, legal and personnel.

Mr. Stryker previously served as the Vice President of Commercial Brokerage Services for Senterra Development from 1990 through 1996. During this time Mr. Stryker was active throughout the greater Houston market as a tenant representative broker. In addition, Mr. Stryker also represented the owner of 112 E. Pecan (San Antonio's largest building) in lease transactions and was involved in the purchase of a corporate headquarters building (approximately 175,000 square feet) for a major mortgage company.

Mr. Stryker formerly served as Vice President of Marketing for Century Development Corporation from 1980 through 1989 with marketing responsibility for the 4 million square foot Allen Center office complex and the 2 million square foot First Interstate Bank Plaza. During his tenure, Mr. Stryker was instrumental in completing transactions with such major tenants as Exxon Corporation, Eastman Kodak, Southdown Corporation, Texaco, Touche Ross, Union Pacific Resources and Valero Refining Corporation.

Prior to joining Century, Mr. Stryker served as a real property analyst/consultant for Real Estate Research Corporation and as an urban planning specialist at the Rice Center.

Mr. Stryker is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
